Problem
Citizen reports (roads, street furniture, cleanliness) arrive through scattered channels with no follow-up: residents never know whether their report was handled.
Results
Increased citizen participation, faster incident resolution and stronger trust thanks to status notifications. Partnerships with several French municipalities.
