Problem
A legacy PHP/Joomla infrastructure that no longer handled the load: simulcast traffic spikes, blocking technical debt, and no way to ship new features (multi-profiles, downloads, billing).
Results
Load times divided by 4, 200,000 recurring monthly subscribers, 3 million unique monthly visitors.
