Functional design and wireframing of the member lifecycle, user-story writing and a Business Analyst role (breakdown, prioritization, backlog follow-up), then full-stack development on the member portal, the multi-actor death procedure and the admin back-office. The payment engine (ledger and Stripe) was built by the mission architect.

Problem
Running a community funeral fund requires standalone online subscription, a complete member record (household members, contributions, documents), a sensitive multi-actor death procedure and a multi-role back-office, all multi-tenant.
Results
End-to-end contribution, from design to delivery, on the member portal, the death procedure, household management and the admin back-office.
