Product design and wireframing, user-story writing and a Business Analyst role on the scope, then full-stack development across three areas: the web app (public site and booking funnel), the client portal (sign-up tracking) and the admin back-office (departure management). The payment core (Stripe split payments) was built by the mission architect.

Problem
For a guided-travel agency, the website is the main acquisition channel. The stakes: managing departures, quotas and availability, a clear sign-up funnel and traveler tracking, without friction.
Results
End-to-end contribution, from design to development, across the web app, client portal and back-office. V2 in progress.
